It was discussed in this forum a while ago. I found it quite deep, even when it seems to have been made up to be foremost entertaining. Actually I'd call it a seminal work in the fileld of guru phenomenon psychology.

Then, the director/main character is very nice to look at. Even as a straight male, couldn't fail to notice.
